Since 2022, he has held the position of Program Officer - Capacity Building at the Child Resource Centre, HCM RIPA, Jaipur, where he plays a crucial role in enhancing the capabilities of government officers and child protection stakeholders. Mr. Paliwal's collaborative efforts with governmental bodies and non-governmental organizations across Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh have made significant and versatile contributions to advancing social progress and child welfare.

With a distinguished career spanning thirty-seven years, Ms. Rajesh Yadav has served in various capacities within the Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS) and the Indian Administrative Services (IAS). In 2013, she was selected for the IAS with seniority dating back to 1997. Currently, Ms. Rajesh Yadav lends her expertise as a Senior Fellow at the Child Resource Centre at HCM, RIPA and has been working here since 2016. Her dedication to creating an enabling environment for children underscores her commitment to social welfare and development.

Mr. Arun Dhamija
Administrative and Program Assistant
Mr. Arun Dhamija is a seasoned professional with a remarkable career spanning 40 years in government services. Retiring as the Chief Account Officer in the Finance Department of the Government of Rajasthan, his expertise in financial management is extensive. Despite retirement, Mr. Dhamija continues to contribute actively, accumulating a decade of post-retirement service. For the past seven years, he has been an integral part of the Child Resource Centre (CRC), serving as both an Administrative and Program Assistant. His wealth of experience and dedication make him an invaluable asset to CRC's initiatives and operations.
